In compliance with Royal Decree 901/2020, of October 13, which regulates equality plans, last Tuesday, May 12, the Negotiating Commission for the Equality Plan of Raminatrans S.L. was established. The constitution of the Negotiating Commission of the Equal Opportunities Plan, in general, will take care of promoting, much more, if possible, Equal Opportunities in Raminatrans.
One of the fundamental objectives of said RD is to promote effective equality between women and men and also to make it possible to reconcile personal, family and work life for the company’s staff.
The Equality Plan Negotiating Commission has been made up of the union part of the workforce: Ramón Payá, Álex Ruiz and Teresa Ayuso from CC.OO. and Carol Parra from UGT. And on the part of the company: Sole Alcañiz, Luis Serra, Adrià Martín and Gema Peñalver.
The company has chosen External Advisor, Paloma Alonso, from the Mastalen company, who has extensive experience in implementing equality plans.
